Insurance - Good & Proper more like Greed & prosper

<p>I recently am a 3rd party claim from your company which was declined , ur client Reeves rear ended my vehicle, but i was told its not her fault that someone rear ended her that caused the accident,</p> <p>Since when is and accident caused by someone a reputable ins co. like your selves pass the buck to avoid costs, im not sure what your clients fault in the matter was whether she turned in the lane too late or too close to my rear end which again juristic the SA road law of a safe following distance, but her issue is with the person behind her , my issue is with your client who drove into me , she was knocked from behind , yes again ACCIDENT causing R200000 worth of damage only to have my claim fooled about telling me your client is not at fault. yet she has comprehensive cover which covers liability regardless a reputable insurance company passing the buck to guard yourselves , i will forward to the ombudsman</p> <p>im shocked with your service , i recently enquired for a quote and actually taught of insuring with your company , i have had this car for at least 4 months now , driving perfectly and your client came into me <br />Perhaps ill need to lay a charge against your client for reckless & negligent driving and see her in court to regain my costs incurred perhaps she will learn what she actually pays you guys for and is it worth it in the end</p>
