Insurance Good and Proper

I am an insurance broker who has been employed in the short term insurance industry for 18 or so odd years. And insurance is a tough industry where you have to deal with a lot of complaints, bad service and subsequent bad reviews. So allow me to end the day on a positive note. There are a lot of great insurance companies in South Africa, you get your good days and you get bad days and you get your great days, but sometimes you have more good than bad days. And with Santam you can be assured of more outstanding days than good days. And more good days than bad days! They excel on a multitude of levels: Customer service Claims service System technologies and the rollouts thereof Training and competency levels of staff in all the different levels and tiers of the company Innovation Product offerring Their support to policyholders and their constant committment to their client base

I could go on and on.

I work with a multitude of insurers daily, the majority of them within the good and excellent range, but I chose to positively review this insurer.
