Insurance🤬😡

Join 2016....no claims for 1st couple of years....then loadshedding arrives.....damage numerous equipment....I was so proud of Santam....claims were paid within 3 days.....how awesome.....two times water pipes burst in the walls because of loadshedding causing pressure fluctuating .....with a BANG.....Santam cancelled my insurance as I have claimed too much.....why do you take out insurance then for? Still waiting on the onbudsman's final report....cannot believe it.....its like....you are covered....but don't claim....
