Insurance company's are getting painful.

I am so tired of Santam - our insurance goes up and up but when we make a claim it's like pulling teeth to get anything out of them. The policy has some very strange details of where are cars are stored at night and I've tried to change them but nothing so far. One has to check and double check everything with them and I have had enough. Can anyone suggest an insurance company that doesn't make them jump through hoops?
