insurance claim problems

I submitted a claim on the 5th of December 2014, and after the assessor of censeo Altus Basson was at my place he refferred the.claim back to santam for payment.they then declined the claim due to non payment but my premiums were up to date, not once.did anyone of santam contact me to inform me of the outcome, I had to follow up.I have been dealing with over 10 staff members of santam and nobody can assist me...to name afew:<br> Laurika van zyl<br> Maureen de villiers<br> Fatiema swarts<br> Leon Laubsher<br> Tava Anthony<br> Mariesa de klerk<br> Petro Molnar<br> Altus Basson<br> Pete Higgins<br> <br> This is really absurd and non of them can resolve the matter.<br> It has been almost three months and I spent almost R750 on airtime and still dont receive any satisfactory answers.<br> I feel that santam does not live up to their standard and once they received your premiums they are happy but when it comes to claiming against your insured items they want to give you hassles.
