Insurance Claim ***

We have now been waiting 2 weeks for assessor to come do his job and assess the damage to a vehicle. This is unacceptable as vehicle was assured for business use and we cant get an answer from you. How can we operate an business that rely on you as our insurers for things like this. I will not recommend Santam to anybody ever again.
