I would like to share my pleasant experience with the assessor, Mr Idris Mooideen from Santam.

As he spoke to me, I could sense the sincerity in his voice and the genuine concern he had for my situation. It was evident that he was truly invested in helping me and ensuring that I was okay.

My past experience with the consultants at Santam was not satisfactory when it came to client-friendliness. The consultants did not seem to prioritise the needs of their clients, which resulted in a frustrating and snail-pace experience.
