Was not happy with the way Santam treated me when my car had an accident I told the assessor that I was not happy with quotation prices where inflated to the extent that I decided to cancel my insurance I had to pay for my the damages on my car and spend only R6000.00 but the assessor approved as quote of R 47 000.00. What a ridiculous amount to fix a rear door . What is so worse I tell the assessor that I'm not impressed with the quote and he ignore me Santam don't care about their customers.
