Insanely Bad Service from SANTAM INSURANCE

Pathetic Service from Santam!!!!! Other Better options.

We have been Loyal Paying Customers of SANTAM for Many Years!!!

We have had a Bussines Break in the Past weekend and got totally Cleared outwith Electronic Equipment, Server, Pc's, Pabx, Monitors, Cellphones, Invertor Back-Up Batteries, Virtually Everything...... I contacted our Broker on Sunday when I was made aware about the Break-in. To date I have Received ZERO Communication from SANTAM!

Today is Friday, exactly 5days after the Break-in, & they are Silent.

We have Zero Internet, Zero Phonecalls, Zero Computers as everything has been ******. We are at Stage 5 Loadshedding and I are using R100's of Daily just for Petrol. What does SANTAM Expect me & my STaff to do? Sit on the Pavement and wait till they Wake up one day?

USELESS SERVICE!!!!!!!

.............Further out Complaint via "Hello-peter" got the Attention of Santam. Herman De Wet was assigned to Acres our Case with Super Fast & Efficient Service, Herman Thank you for your Processional & Prompt Service to help Finalize our Claim. Super Service from this man.
We now await the Pay-out from SANTAM.
