Incredible poor level of understanding of business from call center

I called in to make an amend to a quotation for a new property that we are purchasing.

The person dealing with query did not understand measurements for properties.

And then proceeded to take off the insured value for the residence to replace it with just 2 wendy houses.

I requested to add details to the wendy houses specs as I was requested to do.

Not change my residence to 2 wendy houses and no structure listed.

That is really poor for a company of your stature.
