Inconsistent

Moved over from PSG to Santam last year and my policy at that time had no excess, we all agreed that I wouldn't incur any excess since I was moving from PSG to SANTAM directly.

I just received a policy renewal and the excess has crept up again, come on guys...I'm sure you can do better. Please sort this out asap.
