*********** Useless Santam Insurance

For the benefit of public awareness, Santam Insurance have an automated system which will immediately execute an adverse credit report with the Experian Credit Bureau, if you miss a single monthly premium and are refusing to remove the automated adverse credit listing? My recorded telephone conversation with the call agent was also ignored as i had explained as a Pancreas Cancer Survivor due to on-going medical treatment and or the cost thereof caused me to overlook my error in not meeting with the monthly debit order deduction. At no point during our telephone conversations did the Santam call agent tell me, i will be listed as bad policy holder. So for one (1) month error on my part due to extremely poor health, i now have a bad credit record. If Santam feel they can act like a god of some sorts, then why did they not cancel my insurance policy. I used to have an extremely good insurance record, hardly ever claimed and now worst off for having a Santam Insurance policy. I would advise people not to join Santam as their call agent or the people who answer emails are grossly ***********. Terrible company and do not owe them any money, but they will not fix up their automated errors of punishing peoples credit records
