Santam is very bad when it comes to refunds. Their communication s****s via email or Telephonically is very bad, Santam can't commit or execute the current refund in hand. Santam took the money from my account 30 September 2019, the consultant working with the refund battles to get the Job done, always on lunch and apparently now on leave.
