*********** and Bad Attitude - Zayne Ebrahim

The saddest part about writing this review is that I am not even personally claiming. My mother, who has been a loyal client for YEARS, is still waiting (after 14 days!) for feedback on her vehicle which was involved in an accident 2 weeks ago today.

How can Santam expect their client to wait for 2 WEEKS without hardly ANY feedback with regards to HER vehicle?! Santam also couldnt answer us when asking where the car was initially (they lost the car within the first 2 days). The consultant my mother then contacted when calling Santam, who I wish we knew the name of, then went onto tell my mother that she has 3 other cars on her policy, "she can just use on of those cars in the mean time untilthey find out what is happening and where her vehicle" - the CHEEK?! I cannot get over it!

Furthermore, I am utterly disgusted in the client service from Zayne Ebrahim who is the Digital Motor Assessor for this claim. My mother was contacted by Zayne and he has been giving her a different story for the last 10 days? He then furthermore went onto raising his voice today (which I could distinctly hear sitting across from my mother in a big office) when the CLIENT had to contact him, after a few days of no word or contact, to find out what is happening? Which I must add, has been the case from day 1: the client having to contact the business (which is NOT how this works in my mind).

Coming from a big corporate company, working specifically in Client Services, I think the way he as well as Santam and its staff, is handling the situation is utterly disasterous! He gets upset and aggrivated when the client is requesting, after 14 days, where her vehicle is and WHAT exactly is happening with it - something which I feel any client is entitled to?

If someone doesnt contact my mother by the end of business today and inform her of WHAT is happening with HER vehicle - Im sure you will have lost a loyal client of 23 years!!!!!!!!!
