Incompetency & unprofessionalism
A client belonging to this company caused and accident and ever since the nightmare started for me. They are very ***********, they hardly communicate, you need to call them yourself and leave multiple messages before getting an email that covers them. They reduce your quote but still make it difficult to get your payout. The accident happened in June and still to date nothing has been resolved. Their workers are rude like Mbongeni who tell you about their religion. This has been nothing but hell for me and I can’t use my car.
