incompetence of the highest level

With a claim number 333079 a geyser replacement has so far accumulated 15 hours over two separate days and still not complete. In my experience this level of incompetence is directly attributed to the employer, in this case Santam.

Good morning Tammy,

Thank you for your post here. We are really sorry to hear about your frustration and the inconvenience caused.

We have tried to trace a policy with Santam using your ID number and note you were directly insured with Santam previously but your policy was cancelled 31/01/2017, with reason that it had been transferred to another company. The policy and claim references provided is not that of a Santam direct policy or claim and would we appreciate it if you could advise us who you are insured with, your broker or Admin House, so that we have clarity of who to approach for assistance.

Your assistance herein would be greatly appreciated?

Thank you and kind regards.

Reviewer Update
The policy number is RE00835 and Santam claim is 333079 and the broker is AON South Africa and their phone number is ********** 24 . Representatives from Kwikot arrived today and confirmed that the installation is totally incorrect . This is the work people appointed by Santam have done. You will now appoint qualified contractors to re- do the installation at your expense. I also need to be informer what action is going to be taken against the original contractor.
