Inappropriate deceit

We have been inappropriately deceived by santam they have collected monthly insurance premiums and only came out after six months to do a survey only to find out they cancelled the cover due to risk after six months of debiting companies account. God forbid should there been a claim sithin this period? Inappropriate deceit refund required fir the six months will need consult ombudsman.
