I wish to commend Terri Jardine (Claim Consultant) & Vincent Mfisi ( Field Merit Assessor) for handling my claim very well , professional and faster although my car was written off but they helped me , I was disappointed with the service that I received from Nelson Ledwaba (Digital Motor Assessor) according to me his *********** . I kept on nagging him, make some follow up with no way forward and he end up shifting the claim to other consultant after he dragged it for weeks Thanks,
