IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL POLICY

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I am receiving from Santam. It seems to be impossible to cancel my policy.

My policy activates on the 1st of October. I have phoned and emailed Santam through out the week to cancel my policy before the 1st.

Three people have told me that the consultant that did my quote will phone me to cancel my policy, this has not yet happened.

It is now the 30th of September, I DO NOT want my policy to activate tomorrow.

If I had known that this would be the service I would receive ,I would never have contacted them in the first place.
