Impeccable Service

<p>I heard someone saying "We don't look for reasons to reject your claim but we look for reasons to payout your claim" and I told myself that it was just a slogan, until I experienced it. I was involved in a car accident on the 25th of January 2017. At my greatest surprise there was no long waiting on the call centre line, intervention was very prompt, the courtesy car was brought to me at my location. The asses*****t took a while but at the end of the day the claim was approved. The vehicle was not thouroughly repaired for the first time (The panelbeater is to be blamed for that) I had to leave it at the panelbeater and wait for another 10 days and today I finally collected my vehicle, hoping that I'll get my fuel levy refund from the car rental company sooner.</p> <p>Well done Santam and keep up the good work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Best Regards</p> <p>Olga</p>
