I'm very very disappointed in everything.

Did not receive any feedback on an old claim after many phone calls and mails. I spesefic spoke to Neil Bonhomme. I called and asked about a pannlebeater that did not fix the bakkie correctly. I had another pannlebeater look at the problems and he even sent a report with photos. He even wanted to give a courtesy vehicle to fix the problems. I have no choice to go to the ombudsman for this is costing me a tyre and more damage. The persone who looked at the damages was Chris at watch out Auto Body repairs. Contact nor is ********** 769. His santam no. Is 1309. I want feedback before the 28/09/2018. If I don't receive any feedback I assume that you don't care about your business.
