Ignoring me after i queried about their promotion

I purchased items on takealot in December . And there was a promotion for santam, that if they cant beat your current premium, i get a R1000 takealot voucher.

Ive sent alot of mesages before someone phoned me. i told them what im paying, and they ask for copy of my current policy. Wich i sent on 23dec.

Since then ive sent mesages and emails. To wich i got no reply.

I have baby. So need to get cheaper insurance .but if you cant beat,then ill need the voucher to pay for baby milk wich is 360 per tin.
