Idris was my appointed motor claims consulted. He reached out within a day of me reporting the accident. When he could not get hold of me telephonically he followed up with an email. When he did finally get hold of me, he explained the process coherently and patiently. He was professional and friendly. He seems like someone who takes pride in his work and making clients feel less like adversaries.
