I’d like to share a praise report for Lerato Phala and commend her for the exceptional service she provided. From the way she breaks down and explains information, to the calm pace and tone she uses when educating and assisting, as well as her constant feedback throughout the process, Lerato has been absolutely amazing. She demonstrated excellent leadership qualities, patience, professionalism and genuine care throughout my interaction with her. I truly believe she has the qualities and potential to be promoted and take on greater responsibility. I’m incredibly grateful for everything Lerato did to assist me with my Santam policies.
