I would like to express my appreciation for the professional service I received from Reyaan Thoppay during my claim. He was always timeous with his responses and he always courteous. He made sure we understood the process and that all the aspects of the claim was explained clearly. This was our first experience with Santam and it was by far the best. We are considering consolidating our insurance profile with Santam.
