I would like to commend Santam and their representatives for a great service. I was involved in an accident a week ago. I called Santam and they immediately sent out a towing truck. They arranged a courtesy car for me and kept me informed of every step of the process. I would like to give a special thanks to the following representatives: The 1st person I would like to rate is Aluta George who kept me informed of my claim from the day of the incident. I would also like to thank Reggie Witbooi and Zisanda Nkumbi for their great service. You guys deserve a raise, you are truly an asset to Santam. Thank you 🙏
