I would like to commend my Santam advisor, Ryan Van Nerur (I may not be spelling his surname correctly, but I hope he still gets the recognition he deserves). My experience with him was excellent from start to finish. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and he took the time to answer every single one clearly and professionally. What stood out most was his patience. There were several times during our call when I needed to pause to speak to someone else, and he never seemed frustrated or impatient. He simply waited and continued helping me when I was ready. Ryan explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood my options, and was genuinely pleasant to deal with. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and I believe great advisors deserve to be recognized when they go above and beyond.
