I will not change insurance companies, very happy with Santam

I have complimented Santam before about their service but once again they have wowed me as a customer. My gate motor was damaged 3 weeks ago, and after having gotten it fixed and the claim paid out, it unfortunately got ****** a week ago, I emailed my broker with the case no and the quote, and invoice, and a week later, got confirmation that the whole amount for a new motor will be paid back to me since I paid for the gate motor, no fuss, no unecessary admin having to fill in forms to claim. no questions asked, just an absolute seamless process, no matter how many companies call me to sell me insurance and try to convince me why their insurance is better, I will never leave Santam, I have never had a problem when it came to claiming, and that is how it should be, customers should not have to be pained by a claim process and have to fight to get their claims paid out, because we pay our premiums each month. My broker, Johan VD Westhuizen from BVSA, an absolute pleasure to have, always helps me when I have a claim, he was not only interested in the sales aspect but always ready and willing to assist me, always replies instantly to me, Johan you are an asset to your company, and I hope they recognise you for your hard work, Great job both Johan and Santam, extremely happy customer
