I was told to join this insurance because of their service and it was a complete lie. The longest standing insurance company but the worst service it’s been almost a month now and my car is still sitting at home and hasn’t been touched. Their communication above all is non existent. I’m letting all my friends and family that referred me to Santam to cancel their policies.
