A very rare skill you find in Customer services generally. Absolutely helpful and understanding of the elderly behavioral challenges. Yet another rare skill. Very patient and co_ operative. DEFINITELY ONE OF A KIND. Due to bad treatment I received from Santam last year on my motor vehicle accident claim, I was almost certain that I was cutting ties , after more than two decades of loyalty to the Santam.
