I was helped by Zuko and Nobuhle today regarding my car insurance policy and they displayed nothing but professionalism and courtesy towards me. Zuko helped me finalise my policy today and went out of his way to explain different terms and options to me. And displayed a great sense of humour as well. And Nobuhle assisted me later on with a change of my payment collection date and I was helped in a matter of a few minutes. She displayed professionalism and a good sense of urgency. Something that is not so common nowadays with insurances.
