I wanted to cancel my policy as I was moving abroad and therefore selling my vehicle. I had hoped to be able to do it from my web account, but could not. I had to phone two different numbers before I got to the right department. Once there though, everything went very quick and easy. The service was friendly and the assistents well-informed and knowledgeable.
