I visited NZ from the 22nd November 25 to 22nd February 26 and fell ill in January, seen Dr's 3 times and landed in North shaw hospital for 4days

I visited NZ from the 22nd November 25 to 22nd February 26 and fell ill in January, seen Dr's 3 times and landed in North shaw hospital for 4days. The Drs and staff at Silverdale medical center as well the hospital were tops. During this time from the first phone call to Santam they were very accommodating, friendly and prompt and kept us informed as required. Due my illness my return flight had to postponed for a week. My insurance actually should have ended on my initial return date but Santam extended for a week. The last invoice submitted still needs to be paid but I have no doubt that it will be as they have done with all invoices submitted. Very professional staff (various ones) and I recommend Santam travel insurance, thank you
