I took out car and home contents insurance with SANTAM, and for some reason I never got the email with my policy documents
I took out car and home contents insurance with SANTAM, and for some reason I never got the email with my policy documents. When I phoned the call center, Ncumisa assisted me very quickly. She re-sent the email and stayed on the line with me until I got it, just to be sure. She also gave me SANTAMs WhatsApp number where I could easily request any documents I needed. It was a pleasure speaking to Ncumisa. I appreciate consultants like her who make me feel well cared for. Thanks a lot! Bettina Berlin
