I took a policy with Santam on the 13 of August last week and I cancelled it on the 19 August this week

I took a policy with Santam on the 13 of August last week and I cancelled it on the 19 August this week. They charged me R5800 for a vehicle motor insurance. I since found an affordable one and cancelled tha Santam one on Monday. They are refusing to refund me my prorata
