I requested some documents 2 times already and I still haven't received them
I was using Santam for my vehicle insurance. I left them end of January. My new insurer requested that I sent them a claim record from my previous insurer. I called in 2 times already to Santam and they always tell me I will get this the following day. I still dont have it till today. This is terrible service! Really unacceptable.
