I received a call from an employee of Santam(Tasneem) who was so polite and friendly. She assisted me with my debit query due to my vehicle being involved in an accident. I'm pleased to have spoken to her as she made things so much easier. She helped me within a few minutes. I'm very happy with her service 👌
