I took up a policy with Santam that included driving behavior which would be using tracker to monitor driving behavior and according to the operator at the time of taking up the policy, the tracker amount would be included which means it would be settled by Santam but a year later, I am contacted by Tracker saying that I have unpaid policy amounts which I need to settle and when I try to call Santam to sort this out, I keep being told that they would need to listen to call records and get back to me which they never do and I have to constantly keep calling but it's always new people and they keep telling me they would call back knowing very well they won't.
