Lindsay Mpambani who responded on the emergency helpline arranged a towtruck for me which arrived within minutes after the accident to take my car to the repair centre. She explained exactly what was required from my side for the claim to be assessed. Within a few hours after I sent through the accident report and photos of the damage the claim was in the hands of the assessor.
