I lost my phone, and the assessor, Sihlangule Zoneleni, who was assisting me with my claim, was superb, to say the least. I use the phone for work and needed to find a replacement ASAP so that I can restore it from the backup and access the information. I had a replacement phone delivered within a week, just in time before a progress meeting with the client. I was able to access the backed up data and prepare a report. She literally saved my life. A 5 star rating doesn't even feel like it's enough for the excellent service she gave me. Not only was the speed of the replacement great, but the interactions with her in between, which assured me were excellent.
