I have singed up with Santam last, requested a quote for my 2nd car on the 23rd March, calls and follow up emails made and to date no one is getting back to me, which is worrying after accepting the 1st quote

I have singed up with Santam last, requested a quote for my 2nd car on the 23rd March, calls and follow up emails made and to date no one is getting back to me, which is worrying after accepting the 1st quote. I'm not happy with the service especially as a new client.
