I have been with Santam for over a year , and they changed my excess fee for the insurance without my knowledge especially when I asked for a monthly premium review since my car has depreciated
I have been with Santam for over a year , and they changed my excess fee for the insurance without my knowledge especially when I asked for a monthly premium review since my car has depreciated . This is such an inconvenience and such a horrible service
