I have been with Santam for over 7 years and I have only ever received exceptional customer service. There have been times when I thought about changing due to premium costs but after speaking to a few other insurance companies I just can't get myself to leave santam. Today Tasneem in retentions gave me a reduced rate on my policy which I am extremely happy with. She was also able to assist me with house and content insurance for my dad and discounted his vehicle insurance at the same time. She was extremely patient throughout the call and was able to explain each and every detail that I was unsure of.
