I have been ****med by santam

my device was covered for R22089 and when we minus the excess, R19 339 remains but somehow i get R19 999 which they still deducted an excess from leaving me with just around 17k which would not even cover any similar phone right now, i am very upset and very regretful that these people scanmed me like this
