I have been a policy holder with Santam for many years and unfortunately due to financial issues I had a few missed premiums. I was shocked to learn that I was still covered with Santam although my premium didn't go through. After another missed premium my policy was terminated and I called to try and reinstate and Did I not end up speaking to such a polite and amazing gentleman Tyson. Even before we started he gave me peace of mind that Santam will be able to assist me. Extremely polite and has excellent knowledge of the products all around. End of the day I still get to do business with Santam and I'm extremely happy with my new premium. Thank you for excellent service Tyson. Santam definitely has a gem in their business 🙏🏼
