I had very great service from Santam as I was shopping around to insure my new car. I was about to cancel the policy as I had a better offer from another insurer. Spoke to Rasheed who managed to convince me that Zim with the best insurer and offered to decrease my premium by R300 which was a deal I couldn't refuse as it kept me within my budget. Thanks to Tasneem.
