I had the pleasure of speaking to Paul today who assisted me with updating my details and most importantly my comprehensive car insurance. I did not have all the details with me as I am purchasing a new vehicle. He assisted by the delaership to the call, we did not manage to get ahold of the person I was dealing with however that did not stop Paul from offering absolutely exceptional service. Paul offered to give me a call back after his shift and allowed me time to get all the information from the dealership together. As promised Paul called me back to wrap up my new policy, Paul is also sick with the flu but managed to dazzle with world class service. An amazing interaction on my side.
