I had an Issue that was not explained in detail at the inception of my policy with Santam.Mogomotsi is the one who assisted me by explaining my policy in detail and also giving me options on how to resolve the issue I had.Mogomotsi is very knowledgeable and PATIENT with customers, Santam could have lost me as a client but being assisted by a person who knows the product and company was the best.
