I had an accident on the 24th of December 2025

I had an accident on the 24th of December 2025. I submitted my claim on the 5th of January to date no response from them. I am utterly frustrated with the way I am being ignored. I have been paying all my premiums diligently and this is the treatment I get. I am beyond livid. I am fuming I want nothing to do with Santam insurance company. I won't even recommend them to anyone moving forward!!!
