I had a Santam cover for years. When you claim their excess is always high. They lower your monthly premiums but increase your access and don't educate you of this fact. My geyser pipes was ****** for 3 weeks ,I emailed every email address that I could. N
Santam is the worst insurance company ever,do not deal with them. They are unprofessional, the employees don't attend to emails, they deduct funds *******ly of your account, the excess amounts to you repairing the issue on your own.
